Role Description Insight is currently seeking a Transcriptionist to join our dynamic and expanding team. This is a full time, remote position, with a schedule of Sunday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Applicants must live in Alberta to be considered for this position. - Provide overall medical transcription support to the department, accurately transcribing medical dictations. - Organize and prioritize assigned work and schedule time to accommodate work demands. - Communicate with radiologists and departments. - Provide peer support. - Communicate in a positive and cooperative manner. - Handle difficult situations in a sensitive and proactive manner.
