Role Description Insight is currently seeking Central Booking Agents to join our dynamic and expanding team. This is a remote position with a regular shift from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Employees will be required to work at least two Saturdays per month, with a day off provided midweek when a Saturday shift is scheduled. Shifts may also include Sundays and statutory holidays as required. Applicants must reside in Alberta. - Answer a high volume of incoming calls to schedule medical imaging appointments while providing compassionate, patient-centered service. - Collaborate with clinic teams to support efficient workflow and timely patient care. - Assist with scheduling processes and provide feedback to support continuous improvement. - Review incoming faxes and coordinate appointments with Physicians and Patients. - Contact patients to confirm, rebook, or fill appointments as needed. - Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Qualifications - High School Diploma (required) - Medical Assistant Diploma or Medical Terminology Certificate with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (equivalencies may be considered) - Previous experience in a high-volume contact center (required) Requirements - Proficiency with medical scheduling systems and customized computer software. - Working knowledge of medical office routines, imaging protocols, and workflows. - Strong computer literacy, including data entry and electronic fax handling. - Strong task prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills in a remote setting. - Demonstrated empathy and compassion when interacting with patients. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills. - Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a high-volume environment. Role Description Insight is currently seeking a Transcriptionist to join our dynamic and expanding team. This is a full time, remote position, with a schedule of Sunday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Applicants must live in Alberta to be considered for this position. - Provide overall medical transcription support to the department, accurately transcribing medical dictations. - Organize and prioritize assigned work and schedule time to accommodate work demands. - Communicate with radiologists and departments. - Provide peer support. - Communicate in a positive and cooperative manner. - Handle difficult situations in a sensitive and proactive manner.
