• Accurately and timely update the firm database(s) for all clients in accordance with firm process guidelines. • Update and maintain team sites and systems regarding billing, collections, and estimates requirements. • Build strong partnerships with other departments within the firm to align to our internal policies and procedures. • Manage and enforce outside counsel guidelines and oversee related education, implementation, and enforcement. • Lead routine outside counsel guideline audit. • Assist in development and support of testing scripts and technical documentation of the department’s workflow and processes. • Ensuring accurate documentation, setup, and management of client invoicing and collections.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or closely related field preferred, or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
- 1+ years experience in client or customer service is required.
- Technical orientation including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in a professional manner when dealing with all levels of legal, management, and support staff.
- Ability to learn fast and multi-task effectively while staying organized and maintaining work quality.
- Ability and drive to identify knowledge gaps and willingness to ask questions.
- Acute attention to details and work product.

The Client Account Support Associate provides post-sale support for new and existing clients.
