This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful client satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals. Essential Job Responsibilities - Provide expert advice and solutions to clients to ensure high-quality results. - Develop and implement consulting plans, timelines, and budgets. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather consulting requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Monitor consulting progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion. - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on consulting status. - Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact consulting success. - Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the consulting team. Qualifications & Requirements Education: - Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. - Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience: - Required: Minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting or a related field. - Preferred: Experience in providing expert advice and solutions to clients. Preferred: - Experience in Legal Technology products such as InTapp (ideal), iManage Work, NetDocuments, Krystal DMS, LogicalDoc or similar. - Experience working with a Legal Services provider or in house within a legal environment or financial services environment or similar.
