The PS Ops Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing our business processes, systems, and data analytics to improve strategic decision-making and support internal and client-driven initiatives. This position focuses on standardizing reporting functions and utilizing comprehensive operational tools to boost the efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction of the Professional Services team. The analyst will also be involved in system implementations, financial forecasting, and project reporting. This role demands a blend of analytical skills and tactical acumen, crucial for integrating operations from newly acquired companies and maintaining our agility and excellence as we expand.
