Senior Financial Pricing Analyst

Role Description The Senior Pricing Associate should have healthcare financial due diligence experience to help the Pricing and Margin Management team evaluate hospitals’ revenue cycle function and produce pricing proposals in response to customers’ requests. This is a fast-paced and highly visible role which will engage directly with customers and the internal leadership team. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or related field required (or equivalent experience) - Two to four years’ experience in financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financial planning and analysis required - Healthcare financial experience preferred - Excellent Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point skills; Power BI/Tableau experience preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities - Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences Requirements - Certification: CRCR Certification or willingness to obtain within 9 months of hire - This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require Benefits - Bonus Incentives - Paid Certifications - Tuition Reimbursement - Comprehensive Benefits - Career Advancement Company Description Ensemble is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems, including hospitals and affiliated physician groups. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all members of the University community including students, faculty, staff, and administrators Ability to adhere to University policies and procedures. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and within FERPA and HIPAA guidelines. All new employees must complete the FERPA, Anti-Harassment, and any other required online trainings within 15 days of employment.
