• Act as an Account Specialist for Content Services, coordinating with various vendors based on the service request to ensure proper execution with a strong service orientation toward the Market. • Serve as a point of escalation and resolution in case of discrepancies and manage prioritization of requests. • Support capacity planning by providing forecast estimates. • Drive adoption of Nestlé’s internal Content Services solutions and ensure strong activation across Markets. • Deliver world class service by ensuring accurate execution of requests, adherence to SLAs, and alignment with Nestlé global standards. • Review and validate feasibility based on input shared by the Business; seek production information when needed. • Ensure timely execution of operations and take appropriate action when problems arise. • Perform quality control checks against briefs and related guidelines to ensure error-free output. • Collaborate with the Content Services production team and Content Services Accounts to manage workflow and expectations. • Educate and align markets on the use of standardized templates and GenAI tools for efficiency. • Escalate premium creative needs to IMS leadership when standard solutions are not sufficient. • Manage the overall coordination of Projects from the planning to the implementation (E.g Computer Generated Imagery related projects). • Maintain Operational Documentation to ensure proper execution of Services (Processes, Service Catalog, Briefs, etc.). • Perform quality reviews of production outputs to verify compliance with briefs, usage rights, and brand guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years in Content Production Management
- Working with high-volume, multi-platform, complex tasks
- Working in a corporate and multi-cultural setting
- Good Knowledge of eCommerce and eRetailers environment
- Project management skills
- Previous agency/media/advertising experience is an advantage
- Strong relationship management skills dealing with Customer and managing vendors
- Workflow Management (Knowledge on Sitecore solution is a plus)
- Experience in using Project Management Tools and Performance Tracking Tools (Cost, Time, Budget)
- English (advanced level)
- Advanced planning ability and relation to quality deliverables
- Basic understanding of design terminology and technical requirements, compatibility
- Good understanding of the Production Process
- Experienced working with Usage Right Document
- Understanding of automation/GenAI capabilities and ability to manage market expectations on when to apply them.
