Proposal Content Specialist

Your potential has a place here with TTEC’s award-winning employment experience. . #experienceTTEC As a Proposal Content Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the quality and consistency of our pursuit and sales enablement content across all verticals and solutions. You’ll contribute to and optimize our content assets across several tools including our Responsive Proposal Management Platform, our internal online product catalog and other relevant tools, ensuring proposal managers, solutioners, and the go-to-market team have access to accurate, engaging, and reusable content. You’ll also collaborate closely with our U.S.-based proposal team to support strategic pursuits and contribute to winning new business. What You’ll Be Doing · Own and manage the Responsive content library, including tagging, organizing, updating, and archiving proposal content. · Coordinate updates, ensure quality and relevancy, and optimize usage of content across go-to-market tools and content engines such as the Product Catalog, the Site Capabilities Matrix, the Client Database, etc. · Write and edit engaging, client-focused content that aligns with TTEC’s voice, value propositions, and win themes (as needed). · Collaborate with proposal managers and other stakeholders to identify content gaps and develop new assets to support strategic pursuits. · Ensure content is compliant, current, and aligned with TTEC’s brand and messaging standards. · Support proposal managers on select projects, including developing new content, formatting, and light coordination. · Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders across verticals to gather and validate content. · Monitor content usage and performance to drive continuous improvement and reuse. · Maintain version control and ensure content reflects the latest solution updates and differentiators. What You Bring to the Role · 2–4 years of experience in proposal or client-facing content management, preferably in a BPO (contact centers) environment. · Hands-on experience with the Responsive Proposal Management Platform or similar platform is required. · Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and professionalism. · Ability to work independently while collaborating in real time with a global proposal team. · Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. · Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. · Willingness to work U.S.-aligned hours or demonstrate strong asynchronous collaboration skills.
