Content Marketing Manager – Delivery Enablement

• Develop customized client facing content such as executive updates, outcome reports, engagement overviews, and strategic growth recommendations. • Partner closely with delivery and account leadership to understand the client’s priorities, history with Liatrio, and areas of potential expansion. • Translate delivery outcomes and technical achievements into compelling narratives that resonate with executive stakeholders. • Equip delivery teams with high quality messaging and materials that strengthen trust and credibility with client executives. • Create materials that demonstrate how Liatrio’s services map to client goals and open pathways for expanded engagements. • Anticipate client questions and objections, and ensure messaging proactively addresses them. • Serve as the marketing point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring delivery teams have consistent, on brand support. • Work with Marketing, Sales, and Delivery Leadership to align messaging with Liatrio’s offerings and growth strategy. • Capture insights from active engagements and feed them back into marketing and sales for broader use. • Build and deliver narratives that position Liatrio as a long term transformation partner. • Elevate delivery outcomes into visual stories that highlight measurable client value, innovation, and impact. • Contribute to case studies and internal knowledge capture that originate from client engagements.
Job Requirements
- 5 plus years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or client communications, preferably in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise services.
- Proven ability to create client specific content and messaging that resonates with executive stakeholders.
- Strong storytelling and writing ability, with a track record of simplifying technical outcomes into compelling business narratives.
- Experience partnering directly with client facing and delivery teams.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to balance multiple client needs.
