Business Development Manager – Accessories

Electrolux Group

• You consistently implement the sales strategies and priorities defined together with Sales Management. • You develop sales strategies, conduct potential analyses and identify new marketing opportunities. • You are responsible for demand planning, price lists and administrative processes. • You continuously monitor the accessories market, perform product analyses and derive recommended actions. • You contribute to the continuous optimization of collaboration within the sales team and cross-functional cooperation. • You drive the category strategy in close coordination with the central organization. • You define, implement and optimize the product range. • You manage strategic pricing (RRP, HLP, RCP). • You support the BU process and strategic planning. • You maintain product content and monitor new products at PNC level in PS/ROL. • You work closely with functions such as Central Product Management, Controlling, Marketing and Sales.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in an international environment.
  • Analytical, structured and results-oriented way of working.
  • Ability to work independently as well as strong team skills.
  • Confident presence and excellent communication skills.
  • High resilience and openness to new challenges.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Very good MS Office skills.
