Role Description PPG Industries, Inc. has a work-at-home Workday Application Developer Specialist, HR IT position responsible for analysis, integration development, and configuration of the Workday platform. Specific duties include: - Analyzing and creating detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications. - Configuring the Workday platform, including integrations development. - Supporting testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and developing enhancements. - Performing day-to-day Workday production support and serving as subject matter expert for assigned HCM integrations. - Staying up to date with Workday enhancements and future product releases to support internal HR teams.
