Gather client requirements and technical specs via Product Management and client reps. Collaborate with engineering teams on design changes. Provide client training and support on system applications. Analyze, design, code, debug, and enhance software for local, networked, or web-based systems. Define system requirements with product managers and users. Participate in design meetings and translate business needs into technical specs. The Online Educator (LINC Fellow) operates as an independent academic contributor, supporting Malaysia-based postgraduate students enrolled in the Cloud Infrastructure and Services program offered by a leading Malaysian University.
