Role Description We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our offer intelligence platform—and to identify new ways to leverage our data to drive business goals and identify opportunities both inside the organization and externally (new product surfaces, B2C experiences, and B2B solutions). This role has real ownership. You’ll write strong briefs, translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements, and drive cross-functional execution. You’ll work closely with engineering, analytics, and stakeholders across teams, so communication and expectation-setting are core to the job. We use AI pragmatically to accelerate discovery, prototyping, development and analysis — and we expect the same from our PMs, paired with rigorous testing and measurement discipline. What You Will Do - Identify opportunities and write clear product briefs - Identify high-leverage opportunities to use offer and merchant data to drive business goals (growth, revenue, retention, product quality). - Explore new product surfaces and external plays (B2C/B2B) and turn them into crisp briefs and prototypes. - Partner with stakeholders to size impact, validate assumptions, and decide what “good” looks like before work begins. - Own the roadmap for offer intelligence capabilities - Define and evolve the roadmap for core capabilities (data ingestion, signal interpretation, validation, ranking, and enrichment from noisy sources). - Identify where there are opportunities to further improve offer intelligence (extraction, normalization, classification, ranking, validation). - Prioritize the highest-leverage improvements to drive better shopper outcomes (accuracy, freshness, validity, consistency). - Balance near-term wins with longer-term platform investments that improve reliability and velocity. - Drive execution end-to-end - Lead initiatives from discovery → requirements → delivery → iteration. - Translate inputs into clear PRDs/specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and dependencies. - Run planning/refinement and cross-team alignment; remove ambiguity and unblock execution. - Ensure launches are evaluated against meaningful KPIs and that results feed back into the roadmap. - Define the quality bar for offer intelligence and bake it into planning and launch decisions. - Ensure major changes have a clear evaluation plan (before/after measurement, guardrails, and post-launch check-ins). - Keep documentation lightweight but useful: expected behavior, known edge cases, and dependencies. - Align stakeholders on scope, priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs—and reset expectations quickly when things change. - Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Keep execution moving through crisp documentation and strong follow-through. Qualifications - 5+ years of product management experience in a technical product area (platforms, APIs, data products, or infrastructure-adjacent systems). - Proven track record in shipping complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end. - Solid analytical skills - comfort with data, SQL, and metrics is table stakes for this role. - Structured problem-solving - ability to break down ambiguous, complex systems into actionable plans. - Experience using AI tools to accelerate product work (discovery, prototyping, analysis, documentation) with strong validation discipline. - Strong command of English and Polish (C1+). - Excellent communication and documentation skills (high-nuance English). - Collaborative, hands-on team player with high ownership and a bias toward action. Additional Assets - Experience building or launching data products (internal or external), including packaging capabilities for other teams or customers. - Experience in affiliate marketing, coupons/offers, marketplaces, or other high-noise / fast-changing data domains. - Familiarity with shipping AI/ML-enabled products (LLM-assisted extraction/enrichment, classification/ranking, recommender systems, human-in-the-loop workflows). - Experience with APIs, data contracts, or platform capabilities consumed by multiple downstream clients. - Strong technical fluency (partnering with engineers, reasoning about tradeoffs, writing clear requirements). Benefits - B2B contract with a U.S.-based company - Remote-first work environment - Flexible working hours - Hourly rate: $40-50 (Compensation paid in USD, with a fixed exchange rate of 1 USD = 4 PLN) - 10 days (80 hours) of paid Recharge Days per year (after 6 months) - Annual bonus (min. 5% of yearly earnings) - $1,000 annual learning budget + paid learning time (up to 3h/week) - MyBenefit cafeteria program - Fully funded offsites - All necessary equipment and software licenses provided - Work on a high-impact product domain at scale, with clear business importance. - Space to experiment and innovate - A culture that’s still startup-like: fast, pragmatic, and low on bureaucracy
