Role Description A new opening: Technical Sales Territory Manager for a Bowling Green, Kentucky territory. Sell boiler and cooling tower industrial water treatment chemicals with unlimited commission potential. - Work out of your home anywhere in the greater Bowling Green area. - Sell water treatment boiler and cooling tower chemicals to a variety of industrial customers. - Maintain the existing customer base and make cold calls to develop new business. - Work alongside friendly, veteran salespeople. - This is an established territory with a sizeable book of business, including customers in: - Data Centers - Healthcare - Food & Beverage - Manufacturing - Commercial & Institutional - Wastewater - Run chemical tests to analyze water and document results. - Interact and fix mechanical equipment such as pumps, tubing, piping, and valves. - Program electronic equipment such as cooling tower chemical controllers. Qualifications - Must have at least a four-year technical degree to qualify for this position. - Advanced degrees preferred. - Military equivalent, such as Navy Nuclear Propulsion or Army CBRN School, is also great. - Successful applicants will have a technical degree such as: - Chemistry - Chemical Engineering - Environmental Science - Biology - Mechanical Engineering - A minimum of 5 years technical sales related to water treatment chemicals is required. - Selling to a variety of industrial customers is preferred. - CWT is preferred. - Knowledge of the Kentucky industrial marketplace is preferred. Requirements - Compensation is based upon experience and the ability to succeed. - $100,000 to $130,000+ first year for a qualified candidate. - Industry competitive no cap flat rate commission. - Top Territory Sales Managers make six-figure commissions. - Expenses and a Car Allowance of $675 per month. - Technical Support and Ongoing Training. - Stability and peace of mind; no layoffs in our 120-year history. - Debt-free, profitable, and growing.
