• Drive multiple, concurrent integration projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring customer timelines and complex technical requirements are successfully met. • Provide strategic guidance by evaluating customer workflows and technical infrastructure, identifying integration gaps, and proposing scalable solutions to enhance efficiency. • Design, build, and deploy customer integrations using our platform's tools and dashboard. Managing the full cycle of configuration, testing, modification, and go-live support. • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Account Management and Sales, to ensure the long-term success and technical health of key customer accounts. • Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, reusable implementation assets, and internal best practices to empower both customers and internal teams. • Maintain clear and proactive communication, providing regular status updates on project milestones, risks, and outcomes to all internal and external stakeholders. • Continuously advance your expertise in key integration standards and technologies to serve as a subject matter expert for customers and colleagues. • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (approximately 5-10%).
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role, preferably within Healthcare IT, EHR implementation, or a related SaaS industry.
- Proven success managing a portfolio of multiple, concurrent software implementation or integration projects from start to finish.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with key healthcare integration standards and data formats (e.g., HL7v2, FHIR, X12, C-CDA) and familiarity with modern APIs.
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows and direct experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to deconstruct and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a trusted strategic advisor for customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- A self-driven work ethic and a demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
