Project Manager
Medecision
• Lead and motivate project teams across multiple workstreams and business entities, ensuring high levels of performance. • Provide project team members with the direction and support needed to achieve their goals. • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals. • Outline the resources required for each project, including time, money, equipment, and people. • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. • Direct project execution as outlined in the project plan, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. • Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Report and escalate to management as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare or related field with equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects or workstreams.
- Experience working in healthcare technology SaaS solutions with emphasis on Utilization Management or Care Management software platforms is highly preferred.
- PMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, resource allocation, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience with leading a project through various stages of ideation, development, integration and commercialization.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Demonstrated experience with client-facing interactions and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to take direction from leadership and implement organizational strategies.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g. MS Project, Basecamp, Trello).
