Company Description It all started in sunny San Diego, California in 2004 when a visionary engineer, Fred Luddy, saw the potential to transform how we work. Fast forward to today — ServiceNow stands as a global market leader, bringing innovative AI-enhanced technology to over 8,100 customers, including 85% of the Fortune 500®. Our intelligent cloud-based platform seamlessly connects people, systems, and processes to empower organizations to find smarter, faster, and better ways to work. But this is just the beginning of our journey. Join us as we pursue our purpose to make the world work better for everyone. Job Description ServiceNow is redefining how financial institutions operate — and the CRM Solution Consulting team is at the center of that transformation. As a Senior Solution Consultant focused on Financial Services, you'll help banks, insurers, and wealth managers reimagine the full customer lifecycle: from sales and onboarding through servicing, operations, and retention. This role sits at the intersection of deep industry expertise and cutting-edge platform capability. You'll leverage ServiceNow's Financial Services Operations (FSO) platform and the broader CRM suite — and you'll do it as a trusted partner to both your sales team and your customers. What You'll Do - Lead discovery workshops and technical demos that connect FSO and CRM solutions to real financial services challenges across the full customer journey. - Partner with sales to build pipeline, shape account strategy, and drive deals forward with domain credibility and technical depth. - Guide strategic programs in top accounts — roadmap alignment, customer journey sessions, and outcome-based value conversations with business and IT stakeholders. - Translate complex platform capabilities into compelling demo stories for compliance leaders, operations teams, CX executives, and CTOs. - Stay current on product releases, AI capabilities, and the competitive landscape — and share what you learn to make the whole team better. Your Superpowers - Financial services background — you understand the compliance pressures, broken handoffs, and operational complexity that define this industry. - Always curious, always learning — you actively seek feedback, gain insights quickly in new situations, and show genuine interest in broadening your skills. - Commercial segment energy — the pace motivates you, the variety energizes you, and winning genuinely matters to you. - You make others want to work with you — you build rapport quickly and invest in relationships across sales, product, marketing, and services. - Storyteller and builder — you can configure a demo and present it to a C-suite audience without changing gears. Qualifications Qualifications - 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience with CRM, Customer Experience, or Enterprise Application platforms. - Financial services background strongly preferred — banking, insurance, wealth management, or payments. - ServiceNow platform experience or equivalent cloud SaaS technical depth; hands-on demo capability required. - Proven collaboration across Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Professional Services. - Territory management skills — pipeline building, account prioritization, and execution with a sales counterpart. - Experience integrating AI into workflows or customer-facing processes. - Preferred location: Chicago Additional Information Work Personas We approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
