Job Description

Product Manager

Hudl

At Hudl, we build great teams. We hire the best of the best to ensure you’re working with people you can constantly learn from. You’re trusted to get your work done your way while testing the limits of what’s possible and what’s next. We work hard to provide a culture where everyone feels supported, and our employees feel it—their votes helped us become one of Newsweek's Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces. We think of ourselves as the team behind the team, supporting the lifelong impact sports can have: the lessons in teamwork and dedication; the influence of inspiring coaches; and the opportunities to reach new heights. That’s why we help teams from all over the world see their game differently. Our products make it easier for coaches and athletes at any level to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and more. Ready to join us? Your Role We’re hiring a Product Manager for American Football who is accountable for the end-to-end success of large-scale initiatives, defining the strategic vision and translating it into market impact. This role leads cross-functional teams through both discovery and delivery, ensuring our technical outputs result in measurable business outcomes. This role balances being highly strategic and highly operational. We are building out our product suite and need someone to help us get where we need to go in the US American Football market. As a Product Manager, you’ll: - Set outcomes and prioritization. You’ll define the outcomes for your football initiatives and evangelize the desired customer and business results to your squad and the company. - Lead discovery and delivery. You’ll ensure the product backlog is transparent and prioritized while leading discovery efforts to reduce value, viability, usability, and feasibility risks before development. - Drive product viability. You’ll ensure solutions work within business constraints by contributing a solid knowledge of marketing, sales, finance, legal, and privacy requirements. - Champion the user. You’ll live on the ground floor by regularly interacting with customers to gain empathy, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data to drive product improvements. - Influence the roadmap. You’ll contribute to the long-term football strategy and roadmap, using data and logic to influence your teammates, stakeholders, and executives. - Lead cross-functional efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, design, and release teams to ensure solutions are successfully delivered to the market. Our priority is to hire someone for this role who lives near our office in Lincoln, Nebraska, but we're also open to remote candidates who live in the following states: AL, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NH, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, WY. We are not open to considering candidates in other locations at this time. Please note that this role includes travel for training, attending clinics, and working with users up to 20% of the time. Must-Haves - Experienced in product management. You have 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, or experience as an Associate Product Manager. - An American football expert. You are an acknowledged expert on your target users and can keep up with a high school or college coach when the topic of a 2-high safety defense comes up. - SaaS experience. You have worked in software-as-a-service companies that serve clients. - Process proficient. You have a strong understanding of product discovery and delivery techniques, knowing how to tackle risks up front and optimize products once they are live. - A collaborative leader. You work effectively with cross-functional partners and can influence and inspire people without direct management authority. Nice-to-Haves - Sports technology experience. You’ve spent time building data analysis, video, or recruiting platforms used by coaches, athletes, or fans. - Business and product operational knowledge. You are an expert on how your product works and can effectively demo, train, and handle live customer support inquiries. - Strategic foresight. You track industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide forecasts and projections for your market. Our Role - Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too. - Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas. - Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing. - Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work. - Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered. - Cover your medical insurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits. - Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that’s free money. We’ll match up to 4% of your own contribution. Compensation The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range. We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices. This role will also be eligible for a long-term incentive (LTI) award. Any bonuses awarded are based on individual and company performance paid at Hudl's discretion. Base Salary Range $93,000—$155,000 USD Inclusion at Hudl Hudl is an equal opportunity employer. Through our actions, behaviors and attitude, we’ll create an environment where everyone, no matter their differences, feels like they belong. We offer resources to ensure our employees feel safe bringing their authentic selves to work, including employee resource groups and communities. But we recognize there’s ongoing work to be done, which is why we track our efforts and commitments in annual inclusion reports. We also know imposter syndrome is real and the confidence gap can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates. Please don’t hesitate to apply—we’d love to hear from you. Ncontracts

Risk management and compliance software purpose built for financial services organizations.

Full TimeRemoteTeam 201-500H1B Sponsor

WHO WE ARE Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Ncontracts leads the industry in integrated risk management and compliance solutions, serving over 5,000 financial institutions nationwide. As a seven-time Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies honoree and consistent year-over-year recipient of "Best Places to Work" awards, we offer a thriving, work environment where career growth and life-work balance go hand in hand. At Ncontracts, you'll join a team of industry experts dedicated to strengthening the financial services sector through innovation and thought leadership. We're seeking creative, collaborative, and self-driven professionals across all areas of our business - from developing cutting-edge solutions to sales, marketing, customer support, and beyond. Join us in our mission to make the financial industry stronger and more resilient, while advancing your career in a supportive, dynamic environment that values your unique skills and perspectives. THE ROLE We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to own one of the most forward-looking areas of Ncontracts' product portfolio: the vendor discovery, marketplace, and data partner signal layer that powers risk intelligence across our AI-native GRC platform. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who brings strong product fundamentals, a data-driven mindset, and genuine excitement about building at the intersection of AI, third-party risk, and real-time data. You'll define how financial institutions discover and evaluate new vendors, how our marketplace model surfaces and ranks trusted partners, and how data partner integrations feed a near real-time risk signal layer that makes our platform smarter over time. This is greenfield territory: you'll be building category-defining experiences from the ground up, not inheriting a mature backlog. You'll work closely with a talented, collaborative product team and be expected to contribute beyond your immediate ownership — pairing with peers on horizontal capabilities, engaging directly with customers, and helping raise the overall quality of product thinking on the team. Equally important: you're AI-forward. You actively use and experiment with AI-powered tools — Claude Code, Replit, Devin, Cursor, and whatever comes next — and you bring genuine curiosity about how these tools change what's possible for a product manager and the products you build. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Core Product Responsibilities - Vendor Discovery — Own the end-to-end experience for how users search, browse, and evaluate vendors within the platform. Define the discovery model, directory structure, and browse experience that helps compliance teams find the right vendors faster. - Marketplace — Build and evolve the marketplace model, including vendor scoring, ranking algorithms, and the onboarding experience for vendors entering the ecosystem. Think carefully about the incentive structures and trust signals that make a marketplace work. - Data Partner Integrations — Own the product strategy and execution for integrations with third-party data providers across the risk intelligence ecosystem. Define how external signals are ingested, normalized, and surfaced to users in ways that drive decisions. - Partner Consolidation Strategy — Lead the evaluation and go-deep strategy for data partner consolidation, helping Ncontracts determine which partnerships to deepen, which to rationalize, and how to communicate that to customers. - Real-Time Risk Signal Layer — Define and drive the architecture of a near real-time signal layer that surfaces vendor drift and emerging risk to users proactively — a foundational capability for the platform's AI ambitions. - Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver with quality and speed. Contribute to horizontal PRDs that span modules and require tight coordination across the team. - Customer Discovery — Maintain a continuous cadence of customer engagement. Bring the voice of the customer into every prioritization discussion and use data and qualitative research together to make confident product decisions. Key Objectives - Launch a compelling vendor discovery and marketplace experience — Define what best-in-class looks like for vendor discovery in the TPRM space and build toward it with a clear, sequenced roadmap. - Build the data partner signal layer — Establish the integrations, data model, and user-facing surfaces that make Ncontracts the most data-rich TPRM platform in the market. - Drive AI-native product thinking — Identify and prioritize opportunities to embed AI meaningfully into discovery, scoring, and signal delivery — and lead by example in using AI tools in your own workflow. - Be a strong team contributor — Show up as a collaborative, low-ego teammate who makes the people around them better and contributes to a high-functioning product culture. WHAT YOU NEED Required Experience & Attributes - 4–7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of owning meaningful product areas end-to-end - Strong product management foundation — You write crisp PRDs, run tight discovery cycles, prioritize with discipline, and communicate decisions clearly up and down the organization - Data-driven and analytical — You define success metrics before you build, instrument your features thoughtfully, and use data to drive prioritization and iteration - Customer discovery skills — You have a genuine habit of talking to customers, not just when required. You know how to run a good discovery interview and how to turn what you hear into product decisions - AI/ML product experience — You have shipped or meaningfully contributed to AI or ML-powered features, and you understand the unique challenges of building products where the output is probabilistic - AI-forward mindset — You actively use AI-powered development tools (Claude Code, Replit, Devin, Cursor, or similar) in your own workflow and are excited about their implications for how product gets built - Excellent communication skills — You write and speak clearly, adapt your message to your audience, and can represent your product confidently with customers and executives alike What Makes You Successful - Builder mentality — You're energized by greenfield problems and bring structure to ambiguity without waiting to be told how - Systems thinker — You see how your area connects to the broader platform and make decisions with that context in mind - Collaborative and low-ego — You build trust quickly, share credit generously, and are as valuable in a working session as in a roadmap review - Intellectually curious — You stay current on data, AI, and marketplace trends and bring outside-in thinking to your product area - High ownership — You treat your product area like it's yours, follow through on commitments, and don't need a lot of hand-holding to make progress WE OFFER ALL FULL-TIME TEAM MEMBERS: - A fun, fast-paced work environment - Responsible PTO Plan that meets or exceeds state and local medical and family leave laws - 11 paid holidays - Community and social events to keep you connected and engaged - Mental Health Benefits - Medical, Dental and Vision insurance - Company-paid Group Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability - Flexible Spending Account & Health Savings Account - Aflac Benefits – Critical Illness, Cancer Protection, & Hospital Choice - Pet Insurance - 401 (k) with company match with eligibility on Day 1 of employment - 2 Paid Volunteer Time Off Days - And much more! *Part-Time, Temporary, Contractor, and Intern positions are not eligible for company benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, and other employee benefit programs. AAP/EEO Statement Ncontracts provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
