Customer Site Service Manager (CSSM) Southfield, MI BASF Coatings LLC is seeking a Customer Site Service Manager (CSSM) (Southfield, MI) to support the daily operation of BASF coatings products in customer automotive assembly plants by providing on-site technical and application oversight. Respond to customer requirements, enforce product quality/performance specification, and support new product/application development. Oversee product performance including color management, defect identification, process root causing and corrective actions implementation. Develop and support key customer relationships.
