Department Overview International FP&A Job Description Role Purpose The International FP&A and Business intelligence Analyst is a pivotal role within the international finance function, designed to bridge the gap between complex financial data and actionable business strategy. The primary objective of this role is to standardize and automate international reporting workflows, ensuring that leadership across the region has access to real-time, high-fidelity insights to drive decision-making. Key Responsibilities - Financial Reporting & Governance: Oversee the end-to-end preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly financial report cycles. Ensure all outputs maintain strict alignment with both international regulatory requirements and internal organizational standards. - Process Optimization & Automation: Identify inefficiencies in legacy financial workflows. Lead the effort to standardize, improve, and automate repetitive tasks to increase team capacity and data accuracy. - BI Solution Development: Design, maintain, and optimize sophisticated Tableau dashboards. These tools will serve as the "single source of truth" for real-time financial performance tracking and stakeholder communication. - Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners and Sales Leadership. Translate dense financial data into meaningful models and visualizations that help non-finance stakeholders draw the correct strategic conclusions. - Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide high-level support for Pre-Sales controlling teams, including specialized requests related to SIP GM and Approval Thresholds. - Executive Communication: Present obtained results and data-driven recommendations comfortably to senior leadership and diverse audiences. Basic Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications - Technical Proficiency: Experience with Tableau for data visualization is preferable. Proficiency in Alteryx for data preparation and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes is highly preferred. - Analytical Mindset: Ability to navigate large datasets and identify key business indicators (KPIs) that drive growth and process optimization. - Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of FP&A cycles, financial modeling, and international reporting standards. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with a "creative" approach to problem-solving.
