• Conduct advanced analysis to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across key geographical markets. • Leverage your analytical skills to translate data-driven insights into actionable operational plans that enhance the performance of our Services business, and build efficiency into our systems. • Define new metrics and identify leading indicators of key business outcomes. • Build dashboards to track key performance metrics across markets and customer segments to establish benchmarks. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide valuable guidance and support to help Experience Hosts thrive within the Airbnb marketplace. • Be able to think outside the box to come up with novel ways of structuring incentives, business models, and ways of working to allow the business to be nimble and enable efficient scale.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading high-growth businesses, with a demonstrated ability to influence and align functional teams.
- Proven track record of building and scaling new businesses.
- Marketplace experience, particularly within a digital company, is preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities combined with a deep understanding of guest needs and market dynamics.
- Ability to distill complex information into clear business strategies.
- Deep understanding of econometric and statistical analysis, and experience in applying these skills to derive insights from broad data sets.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Expertise in driving collaboration across diverse teams, fostering transparency, accountability, and a unified vision.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently to execute complex programs.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and new product development.
- Proven experience in leading strategic and tactical execution within a large organization, with the ability to advise management on complex projects or issues.
