About Us At eduki, we believe that supporting teachers leads to the best possible lessons, the best possible schools, and the best possible education. That’s why we built a platform where teachers can find and share high quality, ready-to-use teaching materials. We offer both printable and digital resources for all school types, subjects, and grade levels. Whether it’s for a last-minute lesson or long-term inspiration, we make it easier for educators to feel confident and prepared. eduki is used by more than 3 million teachers internationally who download more than 100.000 teaching resources a day. That’s where your impact begins. Join us! Brand & Campaign Lead (all genders) | Job Level: Team Lead | Germany (Working from Home) | Full Time (40h/week) Please note: This role will be open for applications until 100 applications have been received. We’ll then close the position for new applicants so we can thoroughly review all applications received. Your Impact We are evolving our brand from a reliable functional platform into a deeply resonant brand that teachers feel a personal connection to. As our Brand & Campaign Lead (all genders), you will own that transformation. You will shape the brand strategy, create campaigns and lead the team that brings it all to life across all markets. You will be the creative and strategic force behind how eduki shows up for teachers every day. Here is what that looks in practice: - Brand Strategy & Positioning: You own and evolve eduki's brand strategy, messaging architecture, and visual identity, leading our strategic shift toward a premium platform for teacher-tested, high-quality materials. You act as the final brand authority, guiding other teams (like Product, Growth Marketing) to ensure that our identity resonates deeply with teachers, authors, and institutional decision-makers across every channel and market. - Creative Campaign Leadership: You lead the end-to-end planning and execution of major integrated campaigns — from the big idea to the last asset — ensuring they are teacher-relevant, locally resonant, and creatively excellent. - Team Transformation & Strategy: You take full ownership of reshaping the Brand & Campaigns team by clarifying roles, and establishing ways of working, and creating the structure that allows the function to scale campaign volume effectively. You have the freedom to evolve the team as the strategy demands. - Content & Social Media Strategy: You set the strategic direction for content creation and social media across all markets, holding the team accountable to high standards and ensuring every touchpoint reflects our mission. - Data Insights & Optimization: You turn insights into action. By analyzing brand health, campaign ROI, and teacher insights, you prove the impact of our brand investments and continuously optimize our brand strategy. You will report directly to the CMO. Your Skills and Expertise We are searching for a Brand & Campaign Lead (all genders) who combines strategic vision with hands-on creativity. Someone who enjoys working visionary and operational. You thrive in environments where not everything is defined yet, and you find energy in building clarity where there is ambiguity. Furthermore, you should check the following boxes: - You are an experienced leader in brand or campaign management. Additionally, you have a track record of building or restructuring teams of 5+ direct reports (including freelancers and agencies) in a fast-paced, multi-market environment. - You have owned a brand end-to-end. You defined the positioning, evolved the identity, and brought it to life across channels and markets in a way that created genuine emotional connection with the customer. - You are a campaign powerhouse with a proven track record of delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns across international markets, with significant budget responsibility and measurable impact. - You are a process builder who knows how to create the frameworks, templates and rituals that allow a creative team to operate at high quality and scale. You proactively integrate AI tools into these workflows to improve team output and drive operational efficiency. - You are a data wizard, using data to sharpen creative decisions, not replace them. You are comfortable assessing brand health metrics, campaign performance reporting, and A/B testing. - You are a nuanced and empathetic communicator in both English and German. You have the confidence to guide, influence, and provide constructive push-back to cross-functional peers (e.g. Growth Marketing, Product), ensuring brand alignment with both clarity and respect. - You are a customer advocate and genuinely excited about building a brand for teachers. You understand what it means to earn the trust of a dedicated, values-driven community, and you know how to translate that understanding into brand and campaign decisions. Ideally, you bring familiarity with the educational sector but this is not a must-have requirement. Please note: Due to legal restrictions, we can only hire candidates living in and owning a valid work permit for Germany. eduki is a German company, and you will receive a direct work contract with us according to German work law. Our Commitment to You Attractive Compensation Package: The total compensation for this role is up to 87.100 EUR per year and consists of a fixed salary and a VSOP (Virtual Stock Options Program) package. Depending on your skills and competencies, as well as your individual performance, the gross annual salary will range between 52.400 EUR and 70.800 EUR. Growth Opportunities: At eduki, you will have the chance to shape the future of education while working within a profitable and fast-growing company. We prioritize action over perfection and view mistakes as opportunities for growth. You can expect regular performance feedback sessions, ensuring that you receive constructive insights into your work and progress. Additionally, you will receive a 1,000 EUR development budget per year to invest in your professional growth. Working from Home: We fully embrace a home office culture and want you to enjoy full flexibility by enabling you to set your own work schedule. In addition to providing the necessary software and hardware, we offer a 500 EUR budget that you can freely use to equip your home office. Furthermore, you can work from abroad for up to 90 days per year with us! Employee Health: Your well-being matters to us. To help you take care of both body and mind, we offer online yoga sessions and actively support mental health by allowing time for therapy or coaching sessions during your working hours. Take advantage of your flexible schedule to prioritise what you need, including your health! Team Building Events: At eduki, we foster a strong sense of community. Whether virtual or on-site, you'll have opportunities to bond with your colleagues. Once a year, the entire team enjoys a company-wide team event, visiting new places and creating lasting memories together.
