Role Description The Client Program Coordinator position is a client-facing role that supports both our external and internal clients. Client Program Coordinators are involved with every step of the client journey from implementation to back office program management, ensuring client data is correct, clean, and updated in all systems. They partner with the account management team, planning team, and operations to consistently provide the highest quality of support to all parties involved. Key Performance Indicators - Diff Report - E/L Date Report - Invalid Date Report - Announcement Report Principal Duties and Responsibilities - Provide field administrative support to our specialists performing third party audits. - Communicate with our clients on program updates and notify them of upcoming assessments including the execution of client announcements. - Proactively identify potential issues or service misses. Work to resolve (or escalate) disputes in a timely fashion. - Manage client buffers, round generation, impact fees, and other service parameters according to the terms established in the statement of work. - Ensure accuracy of all client data including invoicing. - Assist with Brand Standard Support Services projects, such as new client implementation, mass changes, and new system implementations. - Collaborate with Client Program Leads, the Operations team, and others within the business to provide world-class service to Brand Standards clients. - Identify and analyze opportunities for client program improvements both internally and externally. - Track reassessments within work order management system to ensure dates for current services are not in violation. - Build and maintain client hierarchies and OnBrand site management. - Create new Services per client request. - Collaborate with all teams in our business - sales, account management, scheduling, logistics, technical standards, quality, and billing. Qualifications - One year of client implementation experience. - One year of work order management systems experience. - Advanced Excel skills. Role Description The primary purpose of this role is to support our hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients in upholding their brand standards, ensuring exceptional food quality, and delivering friendly, customer-focused service to enhance the overall guest experience. - Conduct assessments that measure conformity to established regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards for clients. - Observe food prep and cooking standards to ensure food safety, health, and sanitation practices. - Partner with clients to address root causes of assessment discrepancies and develop corrective action plans. - Teach and coach clients how to make their workplace a safer and healthier environment for themselves and their customers. - Travel 50%-70%, or 8-10 days per month, including some evening and weekend work. Essential Job Duties - Conducting Audits and Inspections - Implementing and Monitoring food safety - Training and Educating staff - Investigating food safety incidents - Ensuring compliance with regulations - Maintaining documentation and records - Ability and desire to influence others with tact and skill - Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback in a positive manner - Thrives in an autonomous working environment - Ability to work a flexible schedule - Ability to organize and prioritize work based on urgency, efficiency, and other factors - Strong technical knowledge of food safety is preferred Qualifications - Meet the requirements to obtain a CP-FS certification - Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays and evenings as needed - Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence - Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us) - Strong knowledge of food safety is preferred - ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) a plus - Have excellent listening, organization, communication, and time management skills Requirements - Base Pay Range: Hourly: $18.00 - $25.00 - While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. - Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
