• Own monthly financial reporting processes and standard reporting cadence • Produce monthly financial and operational KPI packages for leadership • Enhance transparency and accessibility of reporting through continuous process improvements • Develop and maintain headcount, ROI, and efficiency reporting across the organization • Serve as the NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) subject matter expert, including monthly rollovers and hierarchy maintenance • Lead reporting and dashboard development, including publishing and security management • Leverage automation, AI, and scalable tools to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy • Support monthly forecasting and variance analysis • Contribute to annual and long-range planning, including building budget templates and reporting packages • Prepare executive-ready presentations and analysis for the VP of Finance, CFO, and Board of Directors
Job Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in Finance or Operations, ideally within a contract-based revenue recognition model
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- Experience with financial planning tools like NetSuite and NSPB
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to work without sponsorship
- Availability to work aligned with Eastern Time Zone
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a technology or SaaS organization
- Direct experience with NetSuite and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB)
- Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience supporting reporting in a growth-focused environment
- Proficiency leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline repeatable reporting processes
- MBA or Master’s degree in a related field
