Reporting Analyst

• Sales & Pipeline Reporting: Generate and maintain sales performance dashboards, pipeline tracking, and renewal forecasting reports. • Data Audits & Cleanups: Identify and correct bad data, perform CRM data quality audits, and ensure the accuracy of key sales metrics. • CRM Data Management: Perform backfilling of missing data, match records between systems, and ensure consistency across platforms. • Cross-System Data Matching: Reconcile and align data across Salesforce and integrated systems to maintain a unified source of truth. • Ad-Hoc Analysis & Reporting: Provide insights and reporting support for revenue operations, sales strategy, and leadership teams.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales reporting, pricing analytics, commissions reporting, or sales operations roles.
  • Strong Salesforce reporting experience – ability to build reports and analyze CRM data.
  • Proficient in Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables, Data Cleansing, and basic formula-based reporting).
  • Understanding of data management, querying, and analytics.
  • Experience working with sales, revenue, or commercial data.
  • Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies across systems.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Experience with a BI tool like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a night shift role (U.S. business hours).
