• Develop 3D Models using Revit or Autocad 3d for HV Substations and generate electrical physical 2D drawings. • Develop substation drawings using working knowledge of the CSA, NEC, NESC and/or customer specifications • Develop detailed substation layouts / section views/elevations from Single Line Diagrams and basic sketches • Develop detailed bills of material for substation power equipments, HV connectors, conduit / trough, and cable trays • Coordinate and interface with P&C, civil and structure disciplines • Complete complex drawing packages with minimal/no supervision from sketches provided by others • Experience / working knowledge of applicable design calculations such as battery sizing and DC system component selection, control and power cable selection and rating, bus sizing, fittings, insulator selection, ground grid design, and lightning protection • Follow quality procedures and standard design processes • Perform thorough review checks of own work and the work of others • Update senior engineers and PM with job completion estimates and status • Utilize his or her 3d Modeler experience to implement the BIM Execution Plans, use cases, setting up and working with a CDE, 3D Model Collaboration (internal & external), 3D Model Auditing, Clash Detection Meeting and Reports, Virtual Construction, Design & Constructability Reviews, Augmented Reality, georeferencing, IFC exchanges. • Coordinate development & evolution of region BIM models and processes: BIM procedure & convention, templates, attributes definitions, LOD/LOI definition, etc. • Actively drive toward standardization of tools and design practices

• Support satellite mechanical/structural and payload development across both non-recurring engineering (NRE) and recurring programs. • Create and manage full spacecraft CAD assemblies, including skeleton models, subsystem interfaces, and flight hardware. • Develop and maintain mass properties databases for all satellite and launch configurations. • Implement CAD-based controls to validate mass properties tracking. • Develop and maintain interface control drawings (ICDs), detailed manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and Bills of Material (BOM). • Perform mechanical/structural subsystem and payload trade studies to optimize system architecture for performance, mass, cost, and manufacturability. • Support preparation of preliminary and detailed mechanical designs. • Provide technical support to procurement, production, assembly, and testing for spacecraft structures and hardware. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and structural designs into the spacecraft system.

• Design and format participant guides, facilitator materials, and visual assets that align with client branding and learning objectives. • Partner with instructional designers to transform leadership and inclusion concepts into clear, engaging visuals that support adult learning. • Execute desktop publishing tasks including layout, formatting, and graphic production while managing multiple deadlines. • Proofread and refine materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and a polished learner experience. • Stay current with design trends in digital and print media, especially those relevant to leadership development. • Create high-impact assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint). • Use AI-enhanced tools to streamline workflows and elevate creative output.
