• Design and format participant guides, facilitator materials, and visual assets that align with client branding and learning objectives. • Partner with instructional designers to transform leadership and inclusion concepts into clear, engaging visuals that support adult learning. • Execute desktop publishing tasks including layout, formatting, and graphic production while managing multiple deadlines. • Proofread and refine materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and a polished learner experience. • Stay current with design trends in digital and print media, especially those relevant to leadership development. • Create high-impact assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint). • Use AI-enhanced tools to streamline workflows and elevate creative output.

• Own the functional and technical scope of the Design System • Work closely with Product squads, partnering with designers on component design and with engineers on implementation and migration • Ensure alignment across Product and Engineering while turning design intent into an industrialized, scalable, and continuously improving system • Audit the current Design System (components, tokens, tooling, adoption, migrations) • Identify where the Design System creates or blocks product impact today • Map stakeholders, ownership, and decision paths across Design, Product, and Engineering • Own a clear, prioritized Design System roadmap driven by product impact and engineering constraints • Define and track baseline Design System KPIs (adoption, usage, migration progress, contributions) • Set up working rituals to prepare roadmap ownership

Role Description As a Substation Physical Designer, you will be working in a project team environment with engineers and other designers involved in high and extra high voltage substation design. Responsibilities will include the preparation of the following substation drawings: - Substation General Arrangement - Substation Electrical Equipment Plans - Substation Section Views (Elevations) - Substation Detailed Bill of Material - Substation Lightning Stroke Shielding Plan - Substation Grounding Plan - Substation Conduit, Electrical Connection and Grounding Details - Substation Below Grade Conduit/Raceway Plan - Control Building Equipment, Cable Tray, Lighting, Grounding Plans and Section Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Interpreting and incorporating vendor information into design deliverables. - Performing walkdowns at client facilities. - Applying Client's standards related to the work. Qualifications - We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position. - A minimum of 10 years of substation physical design experience. - An Associate’s Degree in Drafting, or a high school diploma and 2 or more years drafting course work or equivalent technical experience. - Proficient with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation. - Ability to visualize parts in 3D without the aid of the computer. Requirements - An Associate's Degree in Computer Aided Design. - Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. - Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, including the ability to relate various equipment to a technical design.
