Requirements Gathering & Analysis - Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. o Translate business needs into user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications. - To be able to work independently but with support from Product Managers - To be able to work with vendor partners and cross functional teams o Individuals will be expected to work remotely - Process Mapping o Document end-to-end workflows for online platforms, including customer journeys, system integrations, and data flows (when required). - Solution Design & Validation o Partner with architecture and development teams to design scalable, cloud-native solutions. - To test and validate work to ensure end-to-end system integration. - Stakeholder Engagement o Act as a bridge between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment. o Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to refine requirements. - Agile & Remote Collaboration o Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. - Use tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro to manage remote collaboration. - Documentation & Reporting o Maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, acceptance criteria, and change logs. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and dependencies. Required Skills & Qualifications - - Education or Training Information Technology, or related field. - 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in software or SaaS environments like Concur and GetThere. Specific knowledge of products like concur, Citric,GetThere,Deem and Seriko Skills Must have: GetThere • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital product lifecycles. • Proficiency in tools like Jira, MS Office. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Job Description Application Consultants understand the client business process, current and future, and map it to the technologies being used, giving a demarcation of what can be achieved through a standard implementation and what would need customizations or extensions to be done to the application. They may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes.
