• Supporting the implementation of technologies; • Training and guiding clients in the use of our technology services; • Configuring and optimizing surveys, dashboards, and automated workflows; • Conducting tests to ensure the quality and performance of all deliverables.
• Analyze experience data (NPS, CSAT, feedback, etc.) and identify patterns • Organize information and turn it into clear, actionable insights • Create presentations with logic, clarity and good storytelling • Support project teams in analyses and deliverables • Interact with clients and contribute strategic recommendations
• Configure the Sprinklr platform according to project requirements • Support implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement projects • Work with contact/service flows, automations, bots, rules, SLAs, and digital channels • Monitor schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment • Document processes and solution configurations.
• Manage the client contract lifecycle (drafting, review, signing, effective period, renewal, and termination) • Keep the contract repository organized, up to date, and easily accessible • Track deadlines, expirations, and renewals, ensuring timely alerts • Support the drafting and review of contracts, proposals, and contract amendments/addenda • Assist the Finance team with contract billing tracking • Liaise with Sales/Commercial, Finance, and Operations to align information
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and handover to the delivery team; • Conduct consultative sales, deeply understanding client needs and connecting business challenges to SMT solutions; • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner; • Prepare commercial proposals and presentations aligned with client needs and company strategy; • Monitor pipeline, forecasts, and commercial performance metrics; • Keep CRM records up to date, ensuring predictability and data quality; • Represent SMT in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients and prospects.
