• Lead analytics initiatives end-to-end: size opportunities, design and analyze experiments, develop and monitor key metrics, and provide actionable insights. • Build and maintain user-friendly dashboards in Periscope and other BI tools, enabling self-serve access and improving visibility into product and business performance. • Provide consultative support to leadership, tailoring analysis to highlight the “so what” for decision-making. • Identify and deliver opportunities for automation and process improvement in the analytics pipeline. • Regularly audit and improve data quality and integrity, collaborating with engineering and central data functions to ensure strong foundations. • Contribute expertise in experimentation, pricing, payments, and product adoption to drive growth outcomes.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science or business intelligence roles, preferably within a SAAS environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL to query large datasets.
- Experience working with clickstream event data is preferred.
- Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms and visualization tools like Goolge BigQuery, Looker, Tableau.
- Experience with experimentation in a product-driven setting and in developing analytics capabilities and tooling
- Proven ability to work independently and collaborate well with different teams, with minimal guidance.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for explaining complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

As a Senior Actuarial Analyst on our high performance Actuarial Pricing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping pricing strategies for UnitedHealthcare's Large Group Stop Loss products.
