• Provides technical expertise to develop, maintain, and support technical infrastructure, hardware, and system software components for mid- to large-sized projects. • Ensures the performance and reliability of all services meet or exceed the needs of the business. • Provides tier three engineering support across the enterprise, including providing support and resolution on customer issues. • Configures and maintains applicable systems and assists with performing daily tasks, such as database backups and configuration management database updates. • Interacts with customers and architects to define system requirements and translate requirements into technical specifications. • Recommends needed production capacity to meet changing business demands.
