This is a leadership role with a strong hands-on technical focus. You will provide both people leadership and technical direction, while remaining actively involved in system design, architecture, and coding. You’ll lead by example—setting the standard for engineering excellence across the tribe. The team is responsible for our data and billing pipelines, which sit at the core of our CPaaS platform. These services underpin all API products and process high volumes of real-time data. The domain spans both legacy systems and greenfield initiatives, offering a wide range of architectural and design challenges. As a senior leader, you will also act as a trusted advisor to the Director of Engineering, contributing to and helping drive the ongoing transformation of the organisation.
