This critical role in the organization will be responsible for leading one or more key areas of the cloud platform. You will help drive and deliver on the technical strategy and roadmap. You will work cross functionally with your peers in the engineering organization as well as leaders in sales and product. What You'll Do: - Team Leadership: Lead and manage engineering teams, providing technical direction, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. - Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of engineering projects. Oversee technical debt management and ensure the stability, scalability, and security of software systems.
