Role Description The Account Manager is accountable to design and execute sales and marketing programs for the Walmart account. Key drivers for success in this position involve building and leveraging relationships with vendors, KeHE cross-functional team members, and Walmart buyers. Ultimately, the scorecard for success will be measured by the increase of profitable sales as well as deepened relationships within the account. As with all positions at KeHE, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE’s Mission, Vision and Values. - Increase sales at the account through analytical and fact-based selling. - Increase sales and manage through to profitable execution. - Find new business opportunities and follow up consistently. - Work with a sense of urgency towards projects, requests, and deadlines. - Ensure accurate pricing and item set-up is coordinated within KeHE distribution network and Walmart. - Coordinate activities and communications among vendors and support team. - Communicate with all departments and organizational levels regarding sales and operations. - Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends. - Assure that established company policies and procedures are followed in achieving the above accountabilities. Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED. - Minimum two (2) years’ experience in sales of grocery products to chain accounts. - Equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations. - Comfort and experience utilizing Microsoft desktop and Retail Link. Position Overview: PharmaEssentia is seeking an experienced Hematology Account Manager (“HAM”) with a strong patient focus and a passion for driving results for its commercial product, BESREMi®. Reporting to the Regional Business Director, the Overlay Hematology Account Manager is a newly created position that will span 2 existing base territories in the region. This position is expected to maximize sales achievement through promotion of PharmaEssentia products to approved, targeted customers and distribution channels. While covering both geographical territories, responsibilities will be comprised of your own target list as well as targets based on unique geographical opportunities. Working with base HAMs in the territories, you will build and execute strategic territory plans across stakeholders involved in patient care in order to educate customers about BESREMi® and address the various needs along the treatment adoption process. Customers include hematologists/oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, pharmacy and therapeutics groups, teaching institutions, hospitals and formulary committees. The hired candidate must reside in the Little Rock, AR or New Orleans, LA territory, with a strong preference for Shreveport, LA.
