Position Overview: The Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with key HCP partners and influential individuals within Hematology/Oncology, through strategic collaborations and marketing initiatives; key duties include researching potential KOLs in both Academic and Community settings, developing engagement strategies, negotiating partnership terms, tracking campaign performance, and maintaining ongoing communication with key influencers. Key Responsibilities: - KOL Identification and Recruitment: - Contribute to the development of engagement strategy for the assigned region; and execute to optimize results. - Research and identify relevant Key Opinion Leaders within the target market based on their audience reach, credibility, and alignment with brand values. - Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure KOL suitability for collaborations. - Initiate contact with potential KOLs and pitch partnership opportunities. - Relationship Building and Management: - Establish strong, authentic relationships with KOLs through regular communication and engagement. - Understand KOLs' specific needs, interests, and audience demographics to tailor collaboration strategies. - Provide KOLs with necessary information, demo samples, or materials to facilitate effective content evaluation and/or creation. - Collaborate with Sales to fortify HCP relationship with PharmaEssentia - Commercial Insight Gathering - Lead and direct insight gathering among opinion leaders including one-on-one engagements, small group meetings, national and regional advisory boards and steering committees to gather actionable information, coordinating with other functions. - Monitor the competitive landscape, treatment protocols and other market trends, report findings to marketing, provide actionable recommendations and pull through tactical initiatives - Collaboration Across Marketing Team to: - Support and manage commercial advisory boards / steering committees - Develop targeted P2P marketing material/messaging aligned with brand objectives - Review P2P content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging - Provide input for Speaker Bureau development, training, etc. - Lead KOL engagement at key congress meetings - Manage KOLs for internal meetings and external events - Performance Measurement and Reporting: - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversions, and brand mentions across P2P campaigns. - Monitor campaign progress and adjust as needed to optimize results. - Analyze campaign data to identify successes and areas for improvement, generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders. Required Qualifications and Experience: - - BS/BA or equivalent required preferably in Marketing, Science, Business Administration or other similar degree; an MBA or other advanced degree preferred. - Minimum 8+ years pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing experience - Hematology/Oncology experience is required - Strong scientific acumen and business acumen, with the ability to use knowledge of the industry and marketplace to identify long-term benefits for our customers. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with KOLs - Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and identify trends - Creative thinking to develop engaging P2P collaboration concepts - Knowledge of industry trends and target audience demographics - Team player with the ability to work independently. - Leads through influence and with impact across teams. - Self-starter. The role requires candidate to live near a major airport. The expected base salary range for this position is $185,000 to $215,000. This leader will oversee a national team of Oncology Nurse Educators focused on delivering non-promotional, compliant education to healthcare offices, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical staff involved in the treatment of patients receiving BESREMi. This role serves as the primary architect of the field nurse education strategy and a critical cross-functional leader across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, Training, and related functions. The Senior Director will translate brand and commercial priorities into a compliant field education model that equips healthcare teams to appropriately support patients throughout the treatment journey. In addition to leading the team, this role is responsible for the development, oversight, and continuous refinement of customer-facing educational materials and tools used by the Oncology Nurse Educator team with healthcare practices. Position Overview: PharmaEssentia is seeking an experienced Hematology Account Manager (“HAM”) with a strong patient focus and a passion for driving results for its commercial product, BESREMi®. Reporting to the Regional Business Director, the Overlay Hematology Account Manager is a newly created position that will span 2 existing base territories in the region. This position is expected to maximize sales achievement through promotion of PharmaEssentia products to approved, targeted customers and distribution channels. While covering both geographical territories, responsibilities will be comprised of your own target list as well as targets based on unique geographical opportunities. Working with base HAMs in the territories, you will build and execute strategic territory plans across stakeholders involved in patient care in order to educate customers about BESREMi® and address the various needs along the treatment adoption process. Customers include hematologists/oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, pharmacy and therapeutics groups, teaching institutions, hospitals and formulary committees. Position Overview: PharmaEssentia is seeking an experienced Hematology Account Manager (“HAM”) with a strong patient focus and a passion for driving results for its commercial product, BESREMi®. Reporting to the Regional Business Director, the Overlay Hematology Account Manager is a newly created position that will span 2 existing base territories in the region. This position is expected to maximize sales achievement through promotion of PharmaEssentia products to approved, targeted customers and distribution channels. While covering both geographical territories, responsibilities will be comprised of your own target list as well as targets based on unique geographical opportunities. Working with base HAMs in the territories, you will build and execute strategic territory plans across stakeholders involved in patient care in order to educate customers about BESREMi® and address the various needs along the treatment adoption process. Customers include hematologists/oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, pharmacy and therapeutics groups, teaching institutions, hospitals and formulary committees. Position Overview: The primary responsibility of a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is the exchange of medical information with health care professionals (HCPs) involved with the management of myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs). As a key member of the Medical Affairs Team, you will facilitate and develop the relationship with the medical/scientific community including physicians and medical centers, by communicating product-related information to investigators and institutions. Utilize the necessary tools to develop and follow up on strategic measures (project plans). - Write and ensure timely submission of locally relevant abstracts at congresses. - Provide cross-functional support for Market Access and other Medical Affairs activities. - Monitor competitor activities and marketplace changes.
