• Help support HHAeXchange’s growth by contributing to product strategy • Drive the tactical execution of roadmaps and release plans using Agile product management and development practices • Translate business requirements into clear product specifications • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders • Ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives • Work closely with both business and technology teams • Support the product roadmap, managing priorities, and delivering solutions that meet the needs of customers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related technology field
  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in health IT vendor space with experience in both strategic and tactical capacities.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships and assert influence across departments to manage stakeholder expectations and drive the overall success of the product.
  • Understanding of Agile Product Management and Development principles. Classroom Agile/Scrum training or certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business model and associated product health metrics along with configuration and self-service design concepts.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile software development tools.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal team members and external customers.
  • Experience in facilitating software development through requirement elicitation and quality assurance.
  • Experience in user story writing and product backlog management using JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with product and software development life cycles.
  • Team player - willing both to steer the team towards success and to fully support the team when others are steering.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Making good decisions and solving problems while under pressure.
  • Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your role.
