Job Title: Reporting / Data Analyst Location: Remote - LATAM Schedule: Monday - Friday. 9AM - 5PM CST USD Salary range: (Monthly USD) $1,500 – $3,000 (Negotiable based on expertise) We are seeking a Reporting / Data Analyst to own dashboard management, performance tracking, and insight generation across marketing channels. This role is focused on maintaining reporting consistency, analyzing performance data, and surfacing actionable insights to the activation team. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in working across GA4, ad platforms, and tracking systems. Responsibilities Dashboard Management - Build, maintain, and update reporting dashboards - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports - Standardize reporting frameworks - Troubleshoot data discrepancies Performance Analysis & Insights - Analyze marketing performance across channels - Identify trends, opportunities, and issues - Translate data into actionable insights - Support decision-making with clear reporting Platform & Tracking Management - Work within GA4, ad platforms, and call tracking tools - Ensure proper tracking and attribution - Validate data integrity across sources - Support tagging and tracking implementation Reporting Consistency & Support - Maintain standardized reporting processes - Support internal and client-facing reporting needs - Collaborate with activation teams - Ensure timely delivery of reports
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or marketing analytics
- Strong experience with GA4
- +2 years of experience with dashboards (Looker, Data Studio, Improvado, SA360, etc.)
- Familiarity with ad platforms and marketing metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) (B2-C1)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with call tracking platforms (CallRail, WhatConverts, etc.)
- Familiarity with SQL or advanced data tools
- Experience working with multi-channel marketing data
- Experience supporting paid media teams
- Experience working with US-based clients
