Job Title: Key Account Representative III Reports to: Brand Manager Location: Broomfield, CO Remote The Role The Key Account Representative is a compassionate solution finder with excellent listening skills. The Key Account Representative will support the customer experience department by delivering an elevated customer service experience and ensuring accurate and timely order placement, management and shipment from start to finish while maintaining a specific territory of key accounts. A strong candidate for this role is able to maintain a positive outlook while providing quick resolutions to meet customers’ needs.
