Job Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in a Customer Success role, ideally in a cutting-edge, fast paced, SaaS environment
  • Experience using Customer Success Platforms (such as Planhat, ChurnZero, Gainsight)
  • An incredibly strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable using AI and deep analytics
  • Excellent partnership skills and communication abilities
  • Domain knowledge in Homebuilding (a major plus)

Role Description This is a ground-floor opportunity to build an AI adoption program from scratch inside an AI-emergent company that is ready, and funded, to change. This is a hands-on, player–coach role responsible for both driving and executing Ironmark’s AI enablement, change management and adoption efforts. As Ironmark’s first AI Adoption Specialist, you’ll lead cultural transformation across the organization while serving as the connective tissue between business teams, the AI Council and product/engineering. You’ll educate, operationalize, measure, and scale AI usage in ways that actually stick. RST must be available for ~60-days on / ~60-days off rotational schedule (equivalent to three 60-day rotations annually) plus additional training and screening.
