The End User Combustion Consultant (EUCC) employee is required to serve in a fired equipment specialist/engineer capacity for customers in the designated geographic locations by providing combustion solutions for furnaces, heaters, boilers, flares, incinerators, or other fired equipment and ancillary technologies. EUCC employee must apply problem-solving skills across multiple markets, customers, and equipment. It is necessary for the employee to travel to different facilities, diagnose equipment issues, upgrade technologies to satisfy environmental initiatives, and solve combustion problems predominately for refining and petrochemical end users with the support of a global team. Employee should use combustion expertise to provide heroic service and solutions for company customers to develop business in his designated area. Role Description This is a ground-floor opportunity to build an AI adoption program from scratch inside an AI-emergent company that is ready, and funded, to change. This is a hands-on, player–coach role responsible for both driving and executing Ironmark’s AI enablement, change management and adoption efforts. As Ironmark’s first AI Adoption Specialist, you’ll lead cultural transformation across the organization while serving as the connective tissue between business teams, the AI Council and product/engineering. You’ll educate, operationalize, measure, and scale AI usage in ways that actually stick. You’ll spend roughly: - 50% driving AI culture, training, and adoption - 50% identifying opportunities, gathering requirements, and managing AI initiatives This role blends education, product thinking, change leadership, project management, and systems design. Qualifications - 2+ years driving AI adoption and enablement at an organizational level - Proven experience implementing AI inside 200–500+ person organizations - Active use and curiosity using AI apps in general for research, writing, vibe coding and thought partnership - Strong product mindset: requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, prioritization - Experience designing and delivering training that drives real behavior change - Technical fluency (you don’t code necessarily, but you know what’s possible) - Systems thinker with a bias toward documentation and scale - Comfortable navigating resistance with empathy and clarity - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to track progress, measure impact, and refine strategies. RST must be available for ~60-days on / ~60-days off rotational schedule (equivalent to three 60-day rotations annually) plus additional training and screening. This position will be available to support Rotary Wing and Fixed Wing operations to include, but not limited to: - Work and practice medicine in austere and limited resource environments - Perform special operations medical support providing initial combat trauma stabilization, enroute trauma care, and CASEVAC to definitive care - Apply scientific knowledge to human treatment responses to actual or potential health problems - Work with other members of a small team - Establish IV access, administer medications and fluids to include blood products as necessary to manage acutely injured or ill patients under the direction of medical staff - Prepare equipment, and aid providers during examination and treatment of patients - Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, and interprets electronic displays, such as intracranial pressures, central venous pressures, pulmonary artery pressures, and cardiac rhythms from cardiac monitors, respirators, ventilators, manometers, oxygen pumps, etc. - Manage complex patient airways and pulmonary function using the latest modalities of mechanical ventilation, pharmacological support, video laryngoscopy, and other respiratory/airway therapy techniques - Conduct critical care transport missions for ICU level patients - Assist with routine (Sick Call) medicine - Document care provided and complete medical records in accordance with VIGILINT policy - Based on qualifications and experience, may function in a leadership position - Perform special staff functions as required - Perform medical training and instruction when requested - Scope of practice for clinical care will fall under PJ handbook and ATPs per assigned Deputy Medical Director.
