The Construction Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules for commercial electrical construction projects. This role supports project teams by ensuring accurate planning, sequencing, and progress tracking across multiple lump-sum projects, working closely with project managers, field leadership, and general contractors. The ideal candidate combines strong technical scheduling expertise in Primavera P6 with practical field knowledge of electrical construction means, methods, and sequencing.

What We Expect: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant electrical engineering experience, preferably in the construction industry. - Experience with data center projects or other large-scale industrial projects is a plus but not required. - Knowledge of electrical systems including MV/LV power distribution, UPS, generators, redundancy strategies (N+1, 2N), and energy efficiency principles. - Clear understanding of NEC, IEEE, and international electrical codes relevant to mission-critical facilities. - Proficiency in BIM software (Autodesk Revit), CAD modeling tools, and other relevant engineering software - Experience performing power system studies (short circuit, protective-device coordination, arc-flash analysis) using SKM, Etap, or EasyPower Software. - Experience performing underground ductbank ampacity/heat (Neher-McGrath) studies. - Good understanding of electrical systems design, including power distribution, UPS systems, standby generators, and security systems. - Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Must be authorized to work in the United States.
