About the Role Essity is looking for an experienced Compression Fitter to support our Health & Medical business unit. In this role you will be responsible for accurately measuring and fitting patients for our compression products, ensuring proper fit and compression level based on their medical needs. You will also regularly be expected to provide education on the proper use and care of compression garments The ideal candidate should/could live in the New Jersey/Philadelphia/New York area We’re looking for people who embody our values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. What You Will Do - Provide custom compression garment fitting services. - Conduct patient fittings and submit orders through territory partners - Account for all fittings conducted and provide weekly report that reflects where fittings were conducted and garments ordered - To increase overall utilization of JOBST products within a designated regional territory by attaining or exceeding established Key Performance Indicators. - Achieve fit unit targets. - Work with Management and Territory Team to develop strategies for growing fitting services. - Build clinic level relationships with our customers who require fitting support for their patients. Who You Are - 1-2 years of fitting experience with custom compression garments in the DME space preferred but not required. - High School Diploma required. College degree preferred. - Experience working with a field sales team and possess strong business acumen. - Travel required within designated territory. - Proficient in PC application skills, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. - Proven organizational and interpersonal skills required as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. - Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record - Overnights occasionally required. Compensation and Benefits Expected Compensation $65,0000-$70,000 + annual incentive bonus + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
