Web Strategy & Operations, Web Manager WHAT YOU WILL DO The Amgen Global Content Excellence Team is looking for an experienced Web Manager to join our Global Customer Capabilities & Innovation (GCCI) group. GCCI delivers efficient and consistent quality global marketing assets that scale across multiple channels & markets. As part of the GCCI, the Web Manager provides integrated end-to-end program and project management to ensure successful delivery of websites and bring thought leadership and drive delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Web Program Lead: Lead and manage and drive cross functional teams of web programs across GCCI WSO, ensuring timelines, resources and budget alignment of website launches, enhancements, and optimization initiatives. Serve as the accountable program lead, ensuring cross-initiative alignment, timelines, and proactive risk management. - Portfolio Prioritization & Planning: Lead quarterly portfolio intake and prioritization across web initiatives in partnership with Technology and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy and value realization goals. Deliver actionable insights to improve site performance and optimize ways of working through operational reviews. - Quality Assurance & Testing: Partner with stakeholders to conduct functional testing and ensure adherence to agile web development processes, industry best practices, and high-quality standards. - Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence: Lead structured retrospectives, identifying improvement opportunities. Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 2 years of digital or web project management experience Or Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of digital or web project management experience Or Associate’s degree and 10 years of digital or web project management experience Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of digital or web project management experience Preferred Experience: - Digital Program / Project Management Expertise: 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end digital and website lifecycle projects in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments, including complex, cross-country, and high-impact initiatives. - Agile & Program Management: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (preferably SAFe) with experience managing website roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives.
