Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires: The senior ServiceNow System Analyst is the liaison between stakeholders and the development team. The analyst is responsible for translating business requirements and representing stakeholders during all phases of the lifecycle (planning, development, and release processes). Essential Duties • Develop business and system requirements, process flows, and test plans using ServiceNow best practices. • Support quality assurance within ServiceNow development lifecycle with functional testing and lead/coordinate User Acceptance Testing sessions with stakeholders. • Participate in technical review sessions • Assist in and/or lead scrum ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprints/daily standups, retrospectives, etc. • Participate in project planning sessions, prioritization meetings, build/deploy activities, and other priorities. • Manage complexity resulting from large projects and/or multiple stakeholders • Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow, responding promptly and professionally. • Work collaboratively with peers to coordinate the overall delivery of technology solutions to the customer. • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to develop solutions and execute planned changes. • Manage time to balance individual work with the success of the team and the client on multiple projects. • Coach and mentor team members as needed.
