Title: SAP Business Analyst, Staff - 1LMX / CSO Location: Grand Prairie, Texas; King of Prussia, Pennsylvania; Littleton, Colorado; Orlando, Florida Job Description: Description:Join the Lockheed Martin Production Operations One Lockheed Martin Transformation (1LMX) Plan to Stock (PTS) Information Technology (IT) team as an IT Business Analyst (ITBA) supporting the Customer Sell-Off / DD250 (CSO) processes will serve as the functional and integration lead supporting aerospace and defense contract delivery, government acceptance, and transportation execution. This role will partner closely with the SAP Transportation Management (TM) team to design, configure, and optimize workflows that ensure compliance with U.S. Government acceptance (DD250) and customer delivery documentation requirements. The ideal candidate is a seasoned SAP professional with deep knowledge of sell-off processes, defense contract data management, and logistics integration. They will drive end-to-end design across S/4HANA, TM, and external systems, ensuring seamless handoff from production completion through customer acceptance and shipment. ____ Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary functional lead for Customer Sell-Off / DD250 processes in support of aerospace and defense contractual delivery requirements. - Partner with the SAP TM and Logistics Execution teams to design integrated workflows between production, quality, and transportation systems. - Define and document functional requirements for DD250 data capture, approval, and digital transmission. - Support integration testing, data validation, and audit compliance related to government sell-off and delivery documentation. - Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Program Management, and Export / Trade Compliance to align process and data standards. - Ensure traceability and accuracy of serialized deliveries, from production order completion through government acceptance. - Utilize Jira and Focused Build to manage requirements, user stories, and backlog prioritization. - Lead functional reviews and design walkthroughs with technical developers and business stakeholders. Basic Qualifications: - Significant experience with SAP S/4HANA as an SAP functional or business analyst supporting aerospace and defense manufacturing or logistics. - Demonstrated expertise in Customer Sell-Off, DD250 processing, or equivalent defense acceptance documentation. - Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including integration with Transportation Management (TM) and Logistics Execution (LE). - Understanding of Government Furnished Property (GFP), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) acceptance procedures. - Experience using Jira and Focused Build for requirements management and sprint execution. - Proven ability to independently drive cross-functional design, test coordination, and solution delivery. - US Citizenship is required as you will be accessing systems related to our Nation's Defense Desired Skills: - Familiarity with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and DoD data standards (e.g., WAWF, PIEE). - Experience integrating SAP with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Quality Management (QM) modules. - Knowledge of export control, serialization, and shipment documentation compliance. - Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. - Ability to navigate and influence in a matrixed, production-focused environment.
