Job Description The Diesel Support Level 2 Technician is responsible for working with customers effecting quick and effective solutions when issues or requests are reported by the customer. The ideal Diesel Tech Level 2 candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, the Diesel Tech Support Level 2 should have knowledge of all aspects of on and off highway diesel equipment or extensive on highway experience. The Tech should be familiar with code descriptions and troubleshooting knowledge. The Diesel Tech should exhibit organizational and strong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. Must work well in a group setting.
