• Telephonically act as an advisor/consultant providing financial resource guidance, resources and information to clients on a variety of issues including budgeting, debt management, taxes and retirement planning • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, research and follow-up on client questions and concerns in a timely manner or period of time • Analyzing financial information/resources and providing clients with financial strategies • Work independently on tasks with the ability to foster a team environment in the sharing of knowledge and resources • Participate or lead other special projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting Required
  • Current CPA, CFP or other finance certification/licensure preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Motivated self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on customer service
  • Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional, with demonstrated multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
  • Must have high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption or noise
  • Ability to be on camera when attending work related trainings, meetings and/or events
  • Must be able to sit or stand at desk for prolonged periods of time while working on a computer
