Ajax Systems
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. • Build and manage enterprise pipeline through channel ecosystem • Develop go-to-market strategy aligned with regional direction in Electronic Security • Represent company at trade shows and industry events • Lead the local team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring market share growth. • Identify, develop and close large-scale enterprise projects in key verticals • Recruit, onboard and manage distributors • Drive partner enablement programs and joint business planning • Cashflow responsibility for Malaysia (both sell-in and sell-out). • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's overall goals. • Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary. • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity. • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. • Develop lighthouse reference projects • Conduct competitive analysis • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting • Provide quarterly business reviews • Deliver clear risk/opportunity analysis
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior management role, ideally as a Country Manager or a Sales Director in a similar capacity within the electronics security industry.
- 5 - 8 years in the electronic security industry at the Managerial level.
- Experience working with regional or global security brands
- Strong network in the security industry on the Malaysia market.
- Strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
- Experience working in a cross-functional matrix team and environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Results-oriented nature and ability to show initiative and responsibility for own results.
