Responsibilities: - Drive pipeline growth by fearlessly engaging prospects and creating new demo opportunities. - Manage and prioritize a large, active pipeline in Salesforce with precision and follow-through. - Become an expert on HST’s products, the ASC industry, and the key challenges our customers face. - Represent HST with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm on every call, email, and interaction. - Collaborate closely with peers and leaders to refine messaging, share wins, and continuously improve. - Bring creativity, optimism, and a solution-oriented mindset to every challenge. - Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment where excellence is the standard — and fun is part of the process. Qualifications: - Preferred: Prior clinical healthcare experience or prior SDR or inside sales experience - Confident and resilient on the phones (50+ calls per day). - Proven ability to manage time and pipeline effectively using Salesforce and LinkedIn. - Comfortable leveraging modern sales tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Slack, Teams, etc.). - Strong communication and organization skills with high attention to detail. - Tech-savvy and adaptable — thrives in evolving, growth-focused environments.
