Descriptionmonday.com is pioneering a truly AI-native, agentic platform where intelligence is a core architectural component, not just an add-on. As an AI-first engineering organization, we’ve built a unified ecosystem where autonomous agents and workflows actively execute work on our users' behalf. From investing in an open MCP interface to orchestrating fleets of agents across the development lifecycle, we combine deep platform expertise with rapid iteration to solve high-magnitude challenges at scale. We aren’t just adopting AI; we are redefining what product and engineering can be in an agentic world. Why This Role Matters monday CRM is one of the fastest-growing products in the monday.com portfolio, with tens of thousands of customers and strong momentum across segments. But the most interesting part isn't the scale: it's the transformation underway. We are actively evolving CRM into an AI-native product suite — one where intelligence is embedded across the full customer lifecycle, making every stage from acquisition to expansion smarter and faster. This is not a future roadmap; it's what we're building today. The Growth group is the engine that makes all of it compound. You own the surface where customers first discover and experience CRM, where they build habit, where they grow — and where AI increasingly makes each of those moments more relevant and effective. We're looking for a Product Group Lead who can lead a team of PMs, drive measurable growth outcomes, and help define what AI-powered customer lifecycle management looks like in practice — not just on slides. #LI-DNI About The RoleWhat You’ll Do - Lead, develop, and grow a team of PMs covering customer acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion within the CRM suite. - Set a high craft bar: sharp problem definition, rigorous experimentation, clear prioritization, and strong stakeholder communication. - Own the full CRM customer lifecycle from first touch to activated, retained, and expanding: PLG funnel, product onboarding, navigation, home experience, and retention surfaces. - Drive experimentation at pace — A/B tests, funnel diagnostics, growth loops — with a clear connection to business metrics (new customers, conversion, expansion, churn reduction). - Shape how AI makes growth smarter: intelligent onboarding flows, personalized activation triggers, signals that surface retention risk or expansion opportunities at the right moment. - Partner with GTM on hybrid PLG + SLG motions — ensure the product supports both self-serve adoption and sales-assisted expansion without friction between the two. - Work in close rhythm with R&D, Design, and Product Analytics to ship quickly and learn faster. - Represent growth priorities within the CRM Suite leadership team, ensuring investments map to the suite's strategic direction RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For - 7+ years of product management experience in high-scale SaaS. - Group Lead or Director experience, with a proven ability to build and develop high-performing PM teams. - Deep expertise in product-led growth (PLG), including funnels, onboarding, conversion, and retention — you've owned outcomes, not just shipped features. - Strong experience partnering with go-to-market functions (sales, marketing, customer success) to scale hybrid PLG + SLG growth models. - Strong data and analytics background — fluent in experimentation, funnel optimization, monetization metrics, and AI-driven insights. - Proven track record of delivering measurable growth outcomes in a fast-paced, high-scale SaaS environment. - Clear, influential communicator — comfortable driving alignment across product, R&D, design, and GTM without losing speed. Why You Should Join - Lead one of the most impactful growth engines in SaaS. monday CRM serves tens of thousands of customers and is growing fast — and the Growth group is the team that makes adoption, retention, and expansion actually happen. - Shape growth for a product in active transformation. We're not optimizing a mature funnel — we're rebuilding how customers discover, activate, and expand within a CRM that is becoming AI-native. That's a rare kind of scope. - Build the future of growth in the AI era. You'll be defining how data, experimentation, and agentic intelligence converge to drive smarter, faster, more personalized growth — at a company that is already doing it in production. - Work with a team that values transparency, ownership, and craft. monday's culture rewards builders who move fast, communicate honestly, and care about outcomes over optics. - Be part of a company that is still growing fast and thinking big. This isn't a role where you maintain — it's a role where you build. #LI-DNI
