EY L&D VTH – Instructional Designer – Supervising Associate The opportunity We’re looking for professionals with expertise in Instructional Design for our L&D VTH team. Your key responsibilities - Designing learning solutions based on client requirements - Taking consultative approach to offer solutions - Experience in developing various types of learning interventions to suit the learner and business needs - Measuring effectiveness of learning solutions - Design solutions that are engaging and effective - Creating proposals, design documents and development guidelines - Mentoring the content team, developing and providing training to the team Skills and attributes for success The role requires someone who can manage several concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills. Administration and organization - Enjoys problem solving - Manage multiple, simultaneous projects - Manage team effectively and get the best out of them Interpersonal skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English - A strong leader who is comfortable working collaboratively with others - Able to lead a project team, even without reporting relationships - Must be able to work virtually, and independently Flexibility - Respond well to deadlines and work outside of normal hours when required - Comfortable working on a number of activities concurrently - Able to work in a rapidly changing environment and prioritize accordingly - Able to travel, if required To qualify for the role, you must have - Completed Graduation in any domain - 8 to 12 years’ experience into Instructional Designing - Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills - Experience in authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and any LMS and LCMS will be beneficial - Expert technical knowledge in Microsoft Office suite - Well-versed with the latest trends and technologies in Learning and design innovative learning solutions Ideally, you’ll also have - Exceptional communication skills - Ability to lead and work in a team arrangement Previous experience in designing for game and simulation-based learning solutions - Strong experience in creating learning intervention around various adult learning principles - Knowledge on course development life cycle - Knowledge on US CPE standards is desirable What we look for A professional, confident and enthusiastic team player with a flexible can-do attitude.
